We do not ask you to replace your current source. We position as a qualified second supplier: you receive samples and complete technical documentation (TDS, SDS, COA) for parallel testing against your incumbent product in your own formulation. You only move volume when the data supports it.

Vista handles international sales, export delivery and project communication; products are made by our partner manufacturer in China. We provide manufacturer authorisation, TDS, SDS, COA and batch records, and technical questions are answered in coordination with the manufacturer.

Compliance depends on the product, the importing entity, annual tonnage and end use. We confirm these details first, then provide the matching documentation for your destination market. We do not make blanket claims before that confirmation.

Emulsifiers should be compared on total formulation cost — actual dosage, delivered cost and validated performance — not price per kilogram alone. We quote after confirming application, specification, annual volume, packaging and destination port.

Our current range is sold as industrial-grade raw material. Food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or pesticide-formulation uses require separate confirmation of product grade, regulatory status and documentation coverage.

Lab samples of 250 ml to 1 L are available for parallel testing, shipped with TDS, SDS and COA. Trial orders start from a single drum (25 kg or 200 kg), and regular MOQ is flexible — it is agreed per grade, packaging and destination rather than fixed catalogue-wide.

As a rule of thumb: water-in-oil (W/O) systems need low-HLB emulsifiers (Span 80 at 4.3, Span 60 at 4.7, PEG400DO at 7–8), while oil-in-water (O/W) systems need high-HLB grades (T80 at 15.0, PEG600MO at 13–14). Many industrial formulations perform best with a blend of two grades bracketing the required HLB of the oil phase. Send us your system details and we will propose a 2–3 sample route.

Standard packaging is 25 kg or 200 kg drums (custom packaging and tank truck supply available), palletized for container loading. Store sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Products are non-flammable and transported as general non-dangerous goods; Span 60 is a waxy solid and may require gentle warming before use.

Every shipment includes the batch COA; TDS and SDS (GHS and transport classification) are provided during qualification, and manufacturer authorisation letters are available for supplier registration. All batches are traceable to production records.
